We all have certain basic internal characters. Each one of these characters is represented as a collage of words and images that incorporate mythic qualities and better and worse traits.

In an 'Enhance Your Story' session you become more conscious of the how, where and when your internal characters show up in your life. You get to know which ones are working together and which ones are not, or which ones are just about to enter your story. Once you know your unique internal character set up, you will be more able to direct the unfolding story, and explore ways to ensure the appropriate internal character shows up at the right time.
