Step into Your Mandala
A collage of pictures and words of twelve zodiac landscapes is laid out in a circle. Then the planets or archetypal internal characters representing you (and your partner) are also laid out in the particular landscapes to show how these energies show up in your lives. Pictures that attract or repel people often lead to exploring pertinent inner issues or issues in a relationship. A question can also direct the session.

The Process

• Step into a circle of card collages of images and words that illustrate your unique story.
• Choose one to three key issues or questions to focus the session.
• Utilize pictures and words that attract or repel you to guide each session.
• Explore your unique internal characters and unfolding story through pictures and words.
• Allow key characters to interact with each other to gain new perspectives.
• Explore worse case and best case scenarios.
• An audio tape of your session reminds you of key insights and learnings.
• A list of co-created affirmations reminds you of your potential and goals.

If the recipient(s) is/are not present, the audio visual DVD highlights images and words in the collages, and encourages reflection on which of these draw your attention.
